The 988 Lifeline is a free, private phone line for people who are feeling suicidal, in crisis, or struggling with mental health, emotions, or alcohol or drug use. You can call 988 at any time, day or night, and trained staff can also help you support a friend or family member.

Veteran Crisis Line

This website offers free, private help at any time for military veterans who are having an emotional or mental health crisis, or who are worried about another veteran. You do not need to be enrolled in VA benefits or health care to get support by phone, text, or online chat.
